The following years have been anything but smooth

Please help. I have survived these past ten years after a bout with cancer, then losing my husband before I had completed recuperation.
The following years have been anything but smooth as life has gone on to include the car wreck where an uninsured motorist totaled my car and left me in no shape to work, illness of myself and the children, an extended period of unemployment,etc. The goodness of other people always helped me along-things like the neighbor who kept my little one while I went for cancer therapy and the group of my husband's friends who paid a huge utility bill for me. Now I turn to your generous hearts.
Bills have mounted over the years and I have struggled to keep the wolf at bay. At one point I gathered scrap metal from where my husband's shop stood to get the money for food. Things are much better now, but I still need your help. I am facing nearly $145000 that lingers from those bad years. Help me see the end of the debt so I can go on to enjoy the life that God gave me back.
I am back to work and can carry on from here. The wishes that are always with me are that I can go to bed at night without wondering how the roof over my head will be paid for. My car was also sold to pay for
treatment. As thankful as I am that I had that resource, I still prefer not being without it! Please find it in your heart to grant me these wishes.
Sometimes I wonder why I was spared the cancer to go through this terrible struggle otherwise. There is no answer. But I know that I do everything I can now to help others. I know what a helping hand can mean. Please be a helping hand for me. I promise to pass it on.
