Please help a little disabled lady carry her
wheelchair around w/ her

To all the generous
people out there,this is the true story of a little
lady in need.Lori,a 4'2",95 lb lady, was born
with a condition called SPINA BIFIDA,which basically
means she has a very weak,crooked spine,and almost no
use of her legs.She can walk on crutches, but for only
very short distances.Just recently,she was fortunate
enough to have medicade give her an electric
wheelchair,but because the car she has is to small to
carry both her manual wheelchair and the new one,she
is forced to leave it at her work place. |

What we are asking for
is if there is someone out there who has enough spare
change available to purchase a van,SUV,or other
similar type vehical with an installed wheelchair lift
so this diserving young lady will be able to carry her
electric wheelchair around with her.She would like to
take it home with her as well,but unfortunately,her
apt is to small for somthing that size to operate
in.But please don't misunderstand,she's not asking for
a new home, just a way to carry her new chair with
her. |
