Husband fell 16 feet need help SSI wont.

On Feb.4, 2003 at 7 pm
my husband was in his workshop, he was getting wood
out of the loft, aboard fell with jeff on it,he came
down 16 feet on concreat he tried to yell for me ( I
was in the house). Idid not here him till after 8 pm,
jeff thought he was going to freeze to death.I go to
bed early because I get up at 4 am for work, he
thought I went to bed already. |

When we got to the
hospital they found he fractured his pelvis in 3
places, broken all his ribs in more than two place two
vertebrae his collarbone in two places was put on a
ventilator and a drug induced coma. In all he crushed
his hole left side, Jeff was a self-employed Roofer so
he was used to heavy work. |

He is a perfectionist,
neither was he bothered by working from barn roofs or
church steepls. He is no longer able to do roofing, he
cant lift a sheet of plywood by himself any more. Its
been a year know we still cant get SSI, to help out
till he gets back on his feet. Its getting harder for
me to keep up with the bills, and not let Jeff to see
how worred I am getting, so please can any one help me
with everything.
